Commissioner's Update - June 2015

As Commissioner for Children and Young People, one of the main functions of my work is to ensure children and young people have their views heard by decision makers.

Working with YACWA, we have started a project to consult culturally and linguistically diverse children and young people. You can read more about this exciting peer-led consultation in this newsletter.

I’d like to extend a sincere thank you to all the children and young people and service providers I met during my recent visit to the East Kimberley. Your insights were most valuable.
