Home Is Where My Heart Is 2016

Home Is Where My Heart Is was established in 2008 and was supported by the Commissioner for Children and Young People from 2011 to 2016.

The program provided young people who experienced homelessness with an opportunity to express themselves and have their views heard in the community via a public photographic exhibition.

As part of the office's support of the program, the Commissioner hosted a morning tea and spoke to participating young people about their experiences and views about homelessness.
