Commissioner's Update - September 2016

Continuing my office’s long-term focus on mental health, I am very pleased to announce that our 2017-16 Thinker in Residence will be e-mental health researcher and advocate Professor Jane Burns, from the University of Sydney.

Professor Burns specialises in how technology and social media can used to improve mental health services for children and young people and strengthen their ‘digital resilience’, both key issues in WA.
