The Commissioner wishes you a happy festive season

Colin Pettit, the Commissioner for Children and Young People, wishes everyone in WA a joyful festive season.

“It is a great privilege to advocate on behalf of the almost 600,000 Western Australian children and young people and present their views to the community and decision makers.

“Whenever I meet with WA children and young people they are full of hope for the future and have great plans for their lives, which is a great message this time of year.”

“I wish all of WA’s children and young people and their families a safe and happy festive season."

In 2016 my staff and I spoke with a range of WA children and young people about their lives and the support they need to build a positive future.
